MLA INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2025
In a landmark step toward Democratic-Civic engagement and participatory governance, Kirori Mal College proudly announces the formal declaration of the MLA Internship Programme. This initiative brings together the Office of the MLA (Model Town Constituency) & Kirori Mal College.
A visionary initiative led by our respected Principal, Prof. Dinesh Khattar, this initiative opens new doors for KMC students to learn beyond classroom and textbooks learning - to directly engage with day to day basis democratic legislative processes, civic structures, citizen participation, governance models and direct access to constituency.
What this means for our students:
• Internships in constituency research, community outreach, and public policy
• Mentorship from the Office of the MLA
• Training and field support by Neecop Consultants
• Academic guidance and coordination from KMC faculty
• Joint certification upon completion
This is not just an internship-it's an opportunity to become a part of the day to day democratic civic process, contribute meaningfully to society, and explore the workings of government firsthand.
