EXPLANATION FROM THE STUDENTS FOR NOT FILLING COURSE ALLOCATION FORM
NOTICE
The following students have not submitted their Course Allocation Form (CAF) to select GE, DSE, SEC, VAC, AEC (wherever applicable) as of 10.01.2025. It appears that either you are not interested in continuing your studies or you have already left the college.
If you are still interested in continuing your studies, you are required to provide a written explanation for not submitting the CAF, despite the extended submission window and repeated reminders from the college/teachers.
If you have left the college, you must complete and submit the following Google Form within the next seven days, i.e., by 18.01.2025. https://forms.gle/
All students are required to provide their reply to the undersigned on or before 18.01.2025. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in the removal of your name from all college records, and no claims for the ‘security deposit’ will be entertained.
This is an urgent matter.
