The Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAI) is Delhi University's first dedicated AI learning ecosystem, established at Kirori Mal College, empowering students across all disciplines with accessible, practical, and high-quality AI education.
The centre connects students to a structured platform for AI learning, experimentation, and innovation, providing them with the tools and opportunities to explore research, entrepreneurship, careers, productivity, and real-world applications of AI.
We value learning, execution, and responsible innovation above all, and through our AI Boards, workshops, speaker sessions, projects, and competitions, we aim to bring out the best in every learner and build a community that leads with AI rather than simply depends on it.

To build an inclusive and accessible AI ecosystem at KMC where students from every discipline can confidently understand, explore, and apply Artificial Intelligence. We envision AI as a practical tool for learning, research, creativity, productivity, and career growth.
To foster a culture where curiosity leads to experimentation and innovation, giving students opportunities to explore emerging AI tools, real-world applications, research, and interdisciplinary projects.
From helping beginners build strong foundations to enabling experienced learners to deepen their skills, we aim to create a community where every student can learn with AI, grow through AI, and create meaningful impact with it.
Mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap between AI and students by making AI education accessible across disciplines and creating a space for learning, experimentation, and collaboration.
Through practical workshops and hands-on experiences, we aim to equip students with AI skills that enhance academics, research, productivity, and professional growth, while promoting its responsible, ethical, and critical use.
Ultimately, we strive to nurture a generation of AI-literate leaders and innovators who can apply AI to solve real-world problems, ensuring that human intelligence leads and AI assists.
IBM × NASSCOM Courses
The Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAI), Kirori Mal College is proud to collaborate with SmartBrains Engineers and Technologists Pvt. Ltd. through two MoUs aimed at strengthening AI learning, skill development, and industry exposure for students and faculty.
Through these collaborations, CAI facilitates access to IBM SkillsBuild and NASSCOM FutureSkills Prime training and certification programs, covering emerging domains and helping learners build relevant skills, earn certifications, and prepare for evolving career opportunities.
