NOTICE FOR ALL 1ST YEAR STUDENTS
Dear Student,
We are pleased to inform you that the college is providing you with an official email ID under the domain kmc.du.ac.in on the Gmail server. You will need to create your email account using the credentials provided below. Official IDs have been established on G Suite for both teachers and students to unify all under a single domain. This ID will also be used to log in to your ERP account (college profile) for all future communications and information.
Your login credentials are as follows:
ID: CollegeRollNumber@kmc.du.ac.in
Password: Student#1234
(Please reset your password during your first login.)
(For eg, if your College Roll Number is 2412345, then your ID will be 2412345@kmc.du.ac.in)
For optimal use, follow these steps:
- Open Gmail in your browser.
- Enter your complete ID and password as provided above.
- Press Enter, accept Google's terms, and proceed.
- Create a new password. Ensure it includes at least one uppercase letter, numeric values, symbols, and is at least 8 characters long.
Steps to log in to the ERP Portal:
- Visit the college website at https://kmc.du.ac.in/ and locate the “ERP Login” button at the top right corner of the screen, or directly navigate to https://kmc.du.ac.in/kmcerp/
public/login . - In the new window, click on the “Forgot Password” link.
- Enter your official email ID, i.e., CollegeRollNumber@kmc.
du.ac.in , and click “Send Reset Password Link.” - Check your official email ID (CollegeRollNumber@kmc.du.ac.
in ) for the reset password link. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder. - Reset your password and return to the ERP Login page in a new tab.
- Use your official email ID and the new password to log in to your ERP account.
NOTE: Your official email ID and ERP account will be deactivated upon graduation from the college without prior notice.
