ESSENTIAL REPEAT (ER), IMPROVEMENT CASES FOR PRACTICAL, IA AND TUTORIAL IN THE COLLEGE
1. Students desiring to repeat, either for Essential Repeat
or improvement, of any practical examination or Internal Assessment
(IA) or Tutorial (TU) component should fill this form.
2. Students who are repeating only the Theory
examination should not fill this form.
3. Please note that any student willing to repeat IA ,TU and
Practical will also have to repeat the theory exam along with it. The
case of repeating IA and TU for students under NEP is subject to University
regulation, which is under consideration. Students admitted prior to 2022
(under CBCS-LOCF) cannot repeat IA.
4. Please fill the details of each of the papers you want to
repeat separately, one by one, in this same Google form. Please
do not include papers where you will repeat only the theory exam.
5. Please note that this form is only for information gathering by
the college. The students must select all the papers they want to repeat along
with the papers of the current semester in the Examination form on the Samarth
portal and pay the exam fees accordingly.
6. For paper titles/UPCs/Semesters please refer to your
statement of grades (mark-sheet). Please mention the UPC that is
mentioned in your statement of grades for that paper and the Semester in which
you first took the exam for that paper.
7. For any entry, please mention NA if not applicable
8. The form should be submitted latest by Tuesday, 5th
November 2024.
