INDIASKILLS COMPETITION 2025

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship , Govt. of India is organising IndiaSkills Competition (ISC), a biennial national competition in 63 skills (List Attached). The winners of ISC are trained and prepared to represent India on the world stage, particularly at WorldSkills Competition 2026 (Shanghai, September 2026) and WorldSkills Asia Competition 2025 (Taipei, November 2025). 


Please find attached a copy of the Advisory dated 13th August, 2025 issued by the University Grants Commission regarding the IndiaSkills Competition 2025.

  • IndiaSkills Competition 2025 has been announced to identify and encourage the best young talent across various skills.

  • The winners will represent India in the upcoming WorldSkills Asia Competition 2025 (Taipei, November 2025) and WorldSkills Competition 2026 (Shanghai, September 2026).

  • Online registration for IndiaSkills 2025 has already started through the SIDH Portal (https://www.skillindiadigital.gov.in/home).

  • The last date for registration is 30th September 2025.
