If any colleague has yet not submitted IA and Tutorial based
CA marks on the ERP portal, they are urgently requested to do so latest by 2 pm
(afternoon) tomorrow (Friday 24 May). The portal will be closed after that and
no more uploading/editing will be possible.
The teachers are also requested to bring to our notice any omission,
discrepancy or anomaly that the students may report. Please recheck whether
everything is correctly uploaded and visible from your side and also ask the
students to report if they see any discrepancy. As informed earlier all such
cases should be urgently mailed to portal@kmc.du.ac.in
along with the following information: name and roll number of the student(s),
course name and semester, and a precise statement of the problem.
Please do not
instruct the students to get these anomalies sorted out. It is the
responsibility of the teachers to inform us any anomaly that the students may
report.
Further, if a student
reports that she has shifted from your course (or was never in the course) please
delete any marks that you may have awarded her (including zero) and then deselect
her (by removing the tick mark) from your list of students in that specific
course on the ERP portal. Steps are mentioned below for the same ->
Step 1:
Login with your Username and Password on ERP
Step 2: Go
to IA & CA - Assessment Link
Step 3: Go
to Add/Update IA & CA
Step 4:
Select the required Dropdown List values
Step 5:
Click on "Click to Get Students List"
Step 6:
After clicking on "Click to Get Students List", you will get the list
of students with Assignment & CA Entered Marks.
Step 7: In
the last table column, you will get the "Delete Individual Internal Assessment"
column.
Step 8: In
the above mentioned column, click on Delete Icon against student's name, which
you want to remove Internal Assessment Marks.
