GOOGLE FORM FOR RE-APPEARING IA/CA/PR
This form is for Semester 3, 5, and 7 students who wish to reappear or improve in a Paper in their External Theory Examination, they may also improve its any of Internal Assessment (IA), Continuous Assessment (CA), and/or Practical (PR) components in the upcoming November–December 2025 examination session.
You are required to fill this form separately for each re-appearing paper.
Deadline to fill this form: September 10, 2025
Important Instructions:
1. Eligibility: If you are reappearing/improving in any paper of Semester 1, 3, or 5, you may choose to improve any or all components – IA, CA, and PR.
2. Theory Only Option: If you are satisfied with your Internal Assessment/Continuous Assessment/Practical marks, you may choose to reappear/improve only the Theory component of the paper.
3. Application: You are required to contact the Nodal Officer/Coordinator in Room No. 112, CEC, First Floor in between 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, as soon as you fill the form.
