VERIFICATION OF COURSE ALLOCATIONS ON ERP PORTAL

Subject: Verification of Course
Allocations on ERP Portal
All
students of Semester III and Semester V are hereby informed that the course
allocations based on the CAF have been uploaded on the College ERP portal.
Students
are advised to log in to their respective ERP accounts and carefully verify
all the courses allotted to them.
Students
are requested to note the following:
- No change or
correction will be permitted in the allocation of Skill Enhancement
Courses (SEC) and Value Addition Courses (VAC).
- The College will provide a limited
correction/change window for Generic Elective (GE), Discipline
Specific Elective (DSE), and Ability Enhancement Course (AEC) from 10th
– 14th August 2026. The schedule and detailed
procedure for the same will be notified separately.
- As notified earlier,
requests for change in Generic Elective (GE) courses will be considered
only from among the three GE preferences originally submitted by the
student through the CAF. Requests for
courses not included in the submitted preferences will not be entertained.
- Students are strongly advised to
ensure that the courses allotted are in accordance with their programme
requirements.
The
responsibility for verifying the correctness of the allotted courses rests
entirely with the student. Any discrepancy should be reported only during
the notified correction window. Requests received after the closure of the
correction period shall not be entertained.
Students
are advised to check the College website and ERP portal regularly for further
updates regarding the correction schedule.

Students are advised to note the room numbers allotted for various
Courses/Papers and to regularly attend classes in all courses as per the
timetables allotted to them.
